Crescent Homesites Electronic Ballot

The Board of Directors of Tetherow Owners Association (“Association”), which oversees the affairs and operations of the neighborhood association known as the Crescent Homesites Neighborhood, is proposing a vote of the membership in the
Crescent Homesites Neighborhood. The vote is to approve a $1,000 per lot special assessment to pay for landscape and irrigation improvements located between Lots 333 and 334 in the Neighborhood.
