Four Seasons Electronic Ballot

Pursuant to Section 6.8 of the Amended and Restated Declaration of Protective Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions for the Four Seasons (“Declaration”) and pursuant to ORS 94.665, the Board of Directors of Four Seasons Homeowners Association (“Association”) is proposing 1) the conveyance of a portion of the Association’s common area to an adjacent homeowner and 2) the grant of easements to allow certain homeowners exclusive use of specific portions of the common area.

Each conveyance and easement will be voted on as a separate matter.
